Q: What is WindForge?
A: WindForge is a PC game that seamlessly combines Contra-like gameplay with the creative fun of Terraria. Players build airships and explore hostile skies in an everchanging Steampunk world. Everything in the game can be created or destroyed, yielding an RPG without barriers that rewards creative problem solving and improvisation.

Q: I'm a Kickstarter backer, how do I get my copy of the game?

Q: Is the WindForge available for Mac or Linux?
A: Our first release is currently available for PC only.

Q: Will multiplayer be added to the game?
A: We would like to add multiplayer in the future but the current game is single-player only.

Q: How often will WindForge be updated?
A: Updates will be available when major bug fixes are made and/or there are substantial improvements made to the game.

Q: I have a bug to report! Where should I go?
A: Please click here to visit the "Bugs" thread on our forum to share your information! Thanks for the help!

Q: What should I do if my game crashes?
A: Copy and paste the following path in Windows Explorer, after replacing "NAME" with your own user name.
C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\WindForge
You should be able to find a "ErrorLog.txt" file in this folder. Please send the file to contact@snowedin.ca and we will do our best to get back to you.

Q: What should I do if I find that WindForge runs very slowly or cannot run on my PC?
A: In the Start Menu search field, type in "dxdiag" and open "dxdiag.exe". Select "Save All Information..." (bottom right) and save the TXT file. Send this file to contact@snowedin.ca and we will do our best to get back to you. To help us better diagnose your problem, please refer to the previous question in regards to obtaining the Error Log file.
